Nufabrx is happy to offer refunds within 30 days of delivery on any product purchased directly through our website. If you purchased our products at an outside retailer (Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, etc.) please contact them directly to issue a return. Shipping fees not included in refunds. Lost or Missing Packages
Once an order has been marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier, Nufabrx is no longer responsible for the package. However, we understand that issues can arise and we will do our best to assist. If you did not receive your package, please follow these steps:
Verify the shipping address: Ensure the address provided at checkout is correct.
Check surrounding areas: Inspect your property to see if the package was left in a hidden or unexpected location.
Inquire with neighbors: Occasionally, packages are delivered to a neighboring address by mistake.

For orders valued over $45: Customers will need to file a claim directly with USPS or the designated shipping carrier. We are happy to provide any necessary documentation to assist with the claims process.
